That’s why we created De-stress & Unwind events. Come and create a life of Freedom and Ease with a fabulous group of people!

Join our amazing community with Araiah Jazzar and Kal Jurdi twice per month, both online and in-person. Our group sessions will include goal setting, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) practice sessions, emotional release experiences, ice bath education, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) training, group biofeedback, and more!

Sessions are on the 2nd Saturday and the 4th Monday of the month.

 

In-Person session January 14th from 3:30pm-6:00pm (CST).

 

Online Session Monday January 23rd from 10:00am-12:00 (CST).
